Hailing from Louisville, KY, Stefany is an award-winning, multi-talented, international artist with the uncanny ability to impact human emotions to where people expect to be impacted through her songwriting, music compositions, singing, and performances. Versatile, she reaches across all genres of music and delivers, from gospel to classical and from rhythm ‘n blues to opera. Playing the piano by ear and creating melodies before she could reach the pedals, Stefany’s fourth grade orchestra teacher, the late jazz great Bennett Higgins, discovered she had perfect pitch on violin and divinely coordinated lessons with the phenomenal Virginia K. Schneider, one of the prominent musicians of the Louisville Orchestra. From there, Stefany performed in various orchestras including for dignitaries with the University of Louisville Symphony Orchestra, performed in Handel's Messiah as violinist and as choir soprano at the historic Zion Missionary Baptist Church, won the National Beta Club songwriting competition in middle school, received the Millennium Maker Award for performing across the local community, attended the esteemed National Symphony Orchestra Summer Music Institute where she also studied conducting and performed at the Kennedy Center in DC, and graduated from the Youth Performing Arts School. And doing all of that while battling depression stemming from an attack at age 13.

Debuting an original R&B song, Maybe, at a wedding reception outside Chicago, to critical acclaim, she then composed pre-show African music to set the mood and elevate Gutermuth Elementary School's production of The Lion King, in 2018. She scored a social documentary, YouthBuild Louisville Documentary 2020, for SummerWorks, a youth program. Her soulful rendition of Lift Every Voice and Sing kicked off an internationally-watched fundraiser for the YMCA Black Achievers Program, a Juneteenth community program and scholarship fundraiser, and a church choir debuted worship song, My Everything, which brought worshipers to their feet. With a singing voice covering a wide range, listeners say that she has "violins in her voice" and is "smooth as butter".

Passionate for giving back and empowering others, Stefany mentors high school students interested in exploring careers in the arts, inspiring them to nurture their dreams and goals. She continues to build a broad library of music. In May 2024, she performed an original song about being in your purpose at a private women's event in the beautiful Dominican Republic. A total creative, she also enjoys writing/editing, strategic consulting, and the visual arts, producing works on canvas and landscape photography projects. In 2025, she won Local Business Person of the Year for Louisville and was recognized as a Community Supporter on Alignable, an international business network.
